- Nadya is a personal trainer, not a physician, physical therapist, psychologist, or dietitian, and does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or rehabilitate medical conditions.
- A person should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, taking medication that affects exercise, or living with cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, balance, or other health concerns.
- Nadya may require written medical clearance and may decline, pause, modify, or stop a session when she reasonably believes training may be unsafe or outside her professional scope.
- For live online sessions, the client is responsible for a safe, private, well-lit exercise area; stable internet; suitable footwear and equipment; camera placement that permits observation; and immediate access to a phone and local emergency services.
- A trainer cannot identify every risk through video or observation. The client must communicate discomfort promptly and stop any movement that feels unsafe.
