Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Nadya Jorand collects, uses, shares, and protects information through this website, inquiry forms, onboarding forms, live online sessions, and related client communications.
2. Information Collected
We may collect contact details, training preferences, goals, availability, communications, payment status, emergency-contact details, and health or limitation information voluntarily provided during onboarding. Payment-card details should be collected and stored by the payment processor, not by Nadya or the website. The website provider may also collect IP address, device, browser, referral, cookie, and usage information.
3. Sensitive Information
Health and limitation information is collected only to assess training suitability, adapt sessions, and respond to safety concerns. Nadya is not representing that she is a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider. Do not send medical records or highly sensitive information through the public inquiry form. Use the designated secure intake process.
4. Uses
Information may be used to respond to inquiries; determine fit and availability; deliver and adapt services; process payments; send service communications; maintain safety and business records; prevent fraud; comply with law; enforce agreements; and, only with appropriate consent, send marketing communications.
5. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that host the website, process forms, store records, support video sessions, send communications, collect electronic signatures, or process payments; with professional advisers and insurers; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or with a successor in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Cookies and Analytics
The site may use essential cookies required for operation. Nonessential analytics or advertising cookies should be activated only if actually used and, where required, after an appropriate consent choice. Update this section to name the tools actually installed: [LIST OR “NONE”].
7. Communications
Service-related messages are necessary to respond to inquiries and manage sessions. Marketing email or text messages are optional. You may opt out of marketing, but you may still receive transactional messages. Do not send automated promotional text messages without separate documented consent.
8. Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for services, safety, accounting, insurance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. The final retention schedule should be confirmed with Nadya’s attorney, accountant, insurer, and platform settings.
9. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no electronic method is completely secure. Use strong passwords and do not email payment-card data or unnecessary medical records.
10. Children
The public website is not directed to children under 13 and should not knowingly collect their information through the public inquiry form. A parent or legal guardian must complete any intake and consent required for a minor client.
11. Choices and Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Requests may be limited where records must be retained for legal, safety, insurance, accounting, or contract purposes. We may verify identity before acting.
12. International Visitors
Information submitted from outside the United States may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. Live online services remain subject to the signed client agreement and local legal restrictions.
13. Third-Party Links
Third-party sites and platforms have their own privacy practices. Review them before submitting information.
